Are your cards and books recyclable?
Our cards and books can be recycled, however this must be done professionally. Please do not attempt to disassemble them yourself as this may cause injury.
If you would like to recycle your video book or audio card, please send back to us at Talkies by Talking Print, Comer Business and Innovation Centre, Building 3, Oakleigh Road North, London, N11 1GN.
How many videos can I upload on to the Video Cards?
You can load as many videos as you like, your only limitation is the memory on the units.
Can I write my message in another language or use special characters?
Unfortunately, our system does not yet support this function, however, we are constantly working to improve the online experience and hope to make more features available soon.
How do I create something more bespoke?
If you would like to create something more bespoke, please contact us at info@talkingprint.com to discuss options like additional memory, configuration or finish.
Can I collect my item from your location?
You are more than welcome to collect items from our North London office. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to most countries, worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
For standard books your order will be dispatched within 5 days after receipt of order. For bespoke order turn around time varies according to your specifitaion.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Delivery within the UK can take 3-5 working days. Delivery to international destinations can take 14-21 working days. Time frames are not guaranteed.
The expected timeframe has elapsed and I have still not received my order. Help!
If you have still not received your order after 5 working days (UK orders) from the date of dispatch, please contact us at info@talkingprint.com so we can investigate this for you.
There is a spelling mistake on my item! What now?
Please check and double check your design to ensure that all spelling is as you would like it before printing.
If your gift does arrive with mistakes, we cannot accept responsibility unless the fault was a result of the printing process.
Please contact us so we can check your order to see what should have been entered originally.
I have noticed a mistake! Can I amend my order?
Once the order is processed, unfortunately, it cannot be amended.
